What we collect

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie (idesigns_consent) to remember your cookie preference for 180 days. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first via our cookie banner.

Third parties and external services

  • Hosting: our website is hosted via DomainHotelli.
  • Email delivery: contact-form messages are sent using a transactional email service.
  • Fonts: we load Google Fonts (Poppins, Inter), which involves a request to Google’s servers and transmission of your IP address to Google as part of that request.
  • Design/animation libraries: static script files (GSAP, Three.js) are loaded from third-party content delivery networks; these do not collect personal data.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting correspondence, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
